Many chocolates and confections are conventionally wrapped in aluminium foil. By replacing the chocolate with an acrylic counterpart and rewrapping it in the original foil, this brooch gives the immediate impression of a confectionery worn on the body as well as awakens a desire to unwrap in a wider sense. It is jewellery serving as a gentle invitation to observe face-to-face encounters, be they of appetite or other visual effects.
